Plastisole

Tiflex Dreamflash is a phthalate- and PVC-free plastisol ink with rapid polymerization (flashing) for textile printing. Suitable for direct printing and transfers. Semi-gloss, heat-setting, high opacity, and a flexible ink film that feels soft after sufficient polymerization. DREAMFLASH textile printing ink is certified according to Oeko-Tex 100 Class 1 and GOTS. The inks can also be used in the toy industry (item no. EN 71-3) and on garments that are to be labeled Oeko-Tex Class 1 for babies. TIFLEX Dreamflash inks are phthalate- and PVC-free.

Phthalate-free plastisol ink with rapid polymerization (flashing) in 2-4 seconds, for printing on textiles and nonwoven carrier bags. Suitable for direct printing and transfers. Semi-gloss, heat-setting, high opacity, flexible ink film that feels soft after sufficient polymerization.

The Tiflex CREA line is the ink series for creative effects in textile printing. Flame-retardant colors are also available. The ink can also be used as a low-temperature system (functional textiles). The Low Temperature series is phthalate-free but not OEKO-TEX certified. All colors are intermixable.
Water-based

Water-based, semi-gloss textile printing ink for direct printing onto textiles. Suitable for printing on cotton and cotton blends with polyester content. PVC- and phthalate-free, complies with EN 71/3, ROHS, REACH, and CLP. Amazonia has been GOTS-certified since 2023. It is a hot- and cold-setting textile printing ink, water-dilutable, and wash-resistant. Properly dried prints are highly elastic, soft to the touch, and comfortable to wear. TIFLEX is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The AMAZONIA ink and its additives comply with EU Standard 71-3. Safety data sheets, which provide information on all safety-relevant data, including labeling according to the current Hazardous Substances Ordinance and EU directives, are available at any time. Tiflex DISCHARGE INK is a water-based, acrylic-based textile printing ink. Its major advantage is that the Discharge textile printing ink decolorizes colored cotton textiles at the printed areas, producing a clean, colored print on the natural, light-colored background without a white preprint. The print is soft and comfortable to wear. Decolorization works well on many, but not all, cotton fabrics, as in some cases, fabric blends or finishes cannot tolerate decolorization. Therefore, a preliminary test is essential. The ink is prepared from a transparent base and an additive, or from a white ink and an additive. The ink can be colored with pigment concentrates from the Aquadir/Aquatrans range. The list of pigment concentrates can be found at the end of the technical data sheet. Substrates: Cotton textiles. DISCHARGE ink only decolorizes dyed cotton fabrics. Where DISCHARGE ink is printed, the background becomes light, retaining the natural color of the cotton. The T-shirt or sweatshirt retains its soft feel. By adding a pigment concentrate, the printed image can be colored. Pre-printing with a white ink is no longer necessary. Caution: DISCHARGE ink can only remove some textile dyes. Check compatibility with the textile manufacturer before printing. Preliminary tests are required. This heat-setting textile printing ink is water-dilutable and wash-resistant. Properly dried prints are very elastic, soft to the touch, and comfortable to wear. Thinner: Water or retarder TIFLEX 3Y28982000. Cleaner: Kiwoclean AQ 820 or Kiwoclean AQ 835.
Solvent-based

Tiflex Polyworks is a solvent-based screen printing ink for printing on fabrics, especially dense synthetic materials such as bags, umbrellas, nylon and polyester fabrics and clothing, as well as leather and rubber. It is suitable for printing on textiles made of nylon and polyester, as well as natural fibers and blended fabrics. High flame resistance according to the requirements of NF EN ISO 15025 (ISO 14116 standard). Good resistance is achieved after 72 hours of printing, and final resistance after 1 week. Fire resistance must be tested on-site. If printing is carried out on textiles treated with a water-repellent (hydrophobic) finish/impregnation, a deterioration in ink adhesion must be expected. Better adhesion values are achieved if the impregnation is removed before printing. Since the substrates mentioned can vary even within a single type and depending on the preparation by the manufacturer, suitable preliminary tests for the intended use of the prints are essential. Good printing results were also achieved on leather and rubber.
