    Achieve optimal results with minimal energy consumption. The NANOCLEANER uses a patented activation process. Its purpose is to stimulate the active ingredients in the cleaning agent so that they fully develop their cleaning power. Through the targeted application of electrical energy, the active ingredients transform into individual, highly effective, nanoscale substances that last for a few seconds. These penetrate the paint layer and detach it from the item being cleaned. After releasing their energy, the substances lose their effectiveness and immediately return to their original state.

    For cleaning, cleaning agents developed by NANOVIS are used, tailored to the system and the specific application. The cleaning agents achieve their cleaning effect through the electrical activation of the detergent substances. These cleaning agents offer significant advantages over the widely used VOC-containing solvents. They have a high flash point, are environmentally friendly, and do not evaporate. Furthermore, they retain their cleaning power even after years of use. Time-consuming maintenance work, such as sporadic replacement of the cleaning fluid and its disposal, is eliminated.

    The system is designed for the optimal interaction of process, cleaning agent, and recycling system. To ensure sustainable quality standards, only premium components and materials are used. Thanks to the closed, vacuum-operated system, the NANOCLEANER can be integrated directly into the production process. Combined with the modest operating costs, this results in extremely low operating costs.

The manually operated HC-1000 cleaning system allows you to quickly and easily remove UV and solvent-based inks from all common manufacturers using a continuous brush. The non-volatile cleaning agent developed by NANOVIS is continuously removed from the accumulating printing inks in the internal recycling system and therefore never loses its cleaning power. The ink residue is periodically removed from the system as a dry ink cake.
