When producing a screen printing stencil, correct mesh stretching is an absolute prerequisite for both print quality and the stencil's print run. To meet these increased demands, we have equipped our in-house screen stretching service with the latest equipment. At the end of 2016, we were the first company in Germany to invest in the latest development in stretching machines. The Grünig G-Stretch 275 can now stretch mesh directly from the roll and is then bonded using the latest LED technology. In addition to the stretching process, the adhesive is applied and the subsequent UV curing takes place automatically. This enables us to stretch SEFAR PCF mesh (pre-coated mesh) with optimal quality and reproducibility. We can also stretch four-color sets simultaneously or large-format screen printing frames up to 2200 mm x 4200 mm on six large-format stretching machines. We also have a state-of-the-art stencil service. All screen copies up to frame sizes of 2000 x 4200 mm can be manufactured and delivered at short notice. Also new to our production is a screen printing frame cleaning system with 1700 bar operating pressure, which allows us to clean frames up to 1400 mm wide without leaving any residue. If you would like to copy your screens yourself, we offer the option of disposable stencils. For this purpose, we cover the screens and coat them according to your specifications. They are delivered in opaque shipping packaging. We also offer prefabricated steel screens specifically for the ceramic and printed circuit board industries.
